As there are two periods in the high season there are two periods of low season, begins the first day between April 17 and May 1, 2011 * and ends the day between 1 and July 10, 2011 * to passage to the second season of the year that begins on July 11, 2011 and ends day between August 31 and September 15, 2011 to make way for the second low season which starts on September 16 and ends the day December 19, 2011 to continue the holiday season in December that began the day on December 20, 2011 and ends on January 4, 2011 **.

It is recommended that transitions start and end of each season, confirm with your service provider dates each handles, and there is a saving of 75% less (on average) in a reservation in low season that if done in holiday season, and 50% less (on average) in a reservation in low season which if done in high season. However it is clear that in low season some service providers used to make renovations to the premises of their businesses, so it is very likely to find these dates in some places closed and unable to enjoy.

* This range of days is because not all service providers in the cities of Cancun, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen and other tourist services begins the same way the tourist season).

** This date is based on the forecast period of one year Gregorian; however it is necessary to confirm your service provider.
